Can’t help it, the Millenial generation is going to take over the world of work. This generation of workers will differ greatly from that of their predecessors. They are less likely to grow old in a single job. And here’s something interesting. Lots of these millenials will also feel that it is better to have no job, than have a hated job.
Who are the Millenials anyway?
This is the generation that came of age during the turn of the Millennium. They are the present crop of twenty-somethings today.
